IGNACIO DIAZ

CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER

Mr. Diaz contributes to the success of Brora Capital by utilizing his extensive experience in directing operations, providing exceptional client satisfaction, and applying his knowledge of finance. Mr. Diaz is a Co-Founder of Brora Capital, where he leverages a leadership style developed at a leading global strategic consulting firm and business knowledge gained at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to launching Brora Capital, Mr. Diaz successfully executed on the development of more than $350MM in real estate, including the acquisition of land, entitlement process, financing, construction, refinancing, and disposition. Mr. Diaz was a Siebel Scholar and won the McKinsey Award for academic excellence and leadership potential, graduating first in his class at MIT.

JOSE PADUA

Mr. Padua is the Co-Founder of Brora Capital. Mr. Padua is in charge of the Business Development activities for Brora Capital and is a member of Brora Capital’s Credit Committee. He manages the external and institutional relationships, as well as finding new commercial opportunities. Mr. Padua brings extensive experience as Private Placement Memorandum 5 Brora Capital Fund I LP a real estate developer. Prior to launching Brora Capital, Mr. Padua successfully executed on the development of more than $350 MM in real estate, including the acquisition of land, entitlement process, financing, construction, refinancing and disposition. Mr. Padua is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Mr. Padua holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a B.S. Civil Engineering.

Todd Richardson

Partner, Head of Business Development & Investor Relations

Mr. Richardson oversees the investor relations and marketing efforts for Brora Capital. Prior to joining Brora Capital, Mr. Richardson was responsible for the successful sales of luxury condominium developments. Prior to his real estate experience, Mr. Richardson was the president of a public affairs consulting firm in South Florida, where his company represented Fortune 500 companies across the country. 

Ben Gluck

Partner, Head of Business Development & Investor Relations

Mr. Gluck is responsible for managing the real estate debt investments, as well as credit risk and finance for Brora Capital. Prior to joining Brora Capital, Mr. Gluck was part of a development team that successfully built and sold luxury condominiums. Prior to his principal development experience, Mr. Gluck worked for Trez Capital, a construction and bridge lender, where he originated and underwrote new loans, as well as managed a portfolio of existing loans. Formerly, Mr. Gluck worked for Capital Properties where he supervised the financial performance of a portfolio of residential, commercial, and hotel assets. Mr. Gluck holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and economics from Queens College.

Jose E. Padua

Mr. Padua is a well-recognized serial entrepreneur. Raised in Venezuela, over his lifetime, he has successfully developed more than 4,000,000 sq. ft. of residential and commercial real estate on three continents. Mr. Padua is a founding member of BFGP Ingenieros, a diversified technology and construction company that had operations in Colombia and Venezuela, and a well-known partner of IBM and Oracle/JD Edwards in Latin America. Mr. Padua is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela. Mr. Padua is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Mr. Padua was educated at the Universidad Metropolitana (Caracas, Venezuela), received a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and a M.S. in Statistics from the Univeristy of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. 

ADAM GUSKY

Mr. Gusky has served as the Chief Investment Officer of East Asset Management, LLC (The Family Office of Terrence & Kim Pegula) since 2010. During his time as CIO of East Asset Management, Mr. Gusky has participated in over $750 million of real estate transactions. Mr. Gusky currently serves on the Board of Directors of Rand Capital Corporation (a publicly traded business development company) and Abacus Global Management (a leading financial services company specializing in longevity-based assets). In addition, Mr. Gusky was instrumental in taking Abacus Global Management Public in 2023 thru a Special Purpose Acquisition Company that he helped form in 2020 (East Resources Acquisition Company). Mr. Gusky received his B.A. in History and his MBA from Duke University.
